Bride and all others receiving hair service must arrive with CLEAN AND DRY hair.
Bride and all others scheduled for hair services must arrive ON TIME and EARLY to scheduled appointment time.
If wearing extensions, arrive with them being CLEAN AND DRY .
Bring all accessories for hair (pins, pearls, veil, etc.)

Same day cancellation: 100% of services will be charged.
No call no show: 100% of services will be charged and you will no longer be able to book an appointment.
If client cancels their appointment within the appropriate 72 hour window and desires to reschedule appointment, they must pay a deposit. Deposit will go towards the rescheduled appointment. If client cancels again or no shows, they will not receive the deposit back or be allowed to book future appointments

In the event of a wedding cancellation, the non-refundable retainer will NOT be refunded. If the wedding is cancelled within 30 days of the original date, the full balance is owed to Business per contract.
All those scheduled for hair services on wedding day MUST arrive with CLEAN AND DRY hair. Anyone who doesn’t follow this guideline, will be charged a fee of $50.
Anyone who wants to add-on services on the wedding day, will go after everyone who is scheduled previous of wedding date, IF time is available. They must pay immediately after service via cash, card, or check.
